Laraine Sperling is the Chief Executive Officer of Buchan.
She brings more than 30 years’ experience across architecture, design and large-scale development, spanning multi-disciplinary, international design practices as well as client-side roles with mixed use global developers, to inform and execute the strategic direction of the firm.
Laraine’s focus is on building the firm’s profile, inviting talent into the business, growing strategic alliances and client partnerships, and driving organisational culture across Buchan’s studios through cross-studio and sector collaboration.
Laraine is passionate about design excellence, collaboration with like-minded people and is a strong supporter of women and diversity in design.
